I build processes that think ahead

See how I work
01 / What I bringThought → action

Look closer.
Make it work.

01

Spot gaps
early.

I examine how work happens in practice, question assumptions, and identify details a proposed solution might miss.

02

Make complexity
clear.

I turn complicated requirements into practical guidance, giving people the detail they need to move forward.

03

Improve everyday
operations.

I notice recurring friction and develop changes that make work more manageable for the people doing it.

04

Connect people
and solutions.

I clarify needs, help colleagues work through difficult questions, and translate feedback into practical next steps.

02 / In practiceFour real examples

Small details.
Real change.

01

Mews

Process improvement

A tool that reflects
the real workflow.

As a manual workflow became software, I spotted gaps in the proposed design. I explained complex cases, reviewed the developer’s approach, and proposed solutions that he implemented.

Process analysis / Requirements / Developer collaboration

02

Mews

Communication & coordination

Answers before
another meeting.

Recurring client questions revealed gaps in our guidance. I created a one-page overview, a process explanation, and detailed FAQs for clients and Sales, reducing repeated questions and meetings.

Pattern recognition / Clear guidance / Anticipation

Duck Bar

Everyday operations

Better shifts.
More energy.

Weekend shifts stretched from 2 p.m. until after 2 a.m. I proposed and secured split shifts so two bartenders could share the workload across Saturday and Sunday.

Workload planning / Practical problem-solving / Implementation

Labyrint

People & communication

Read the group.
Adapt the approach.

I adapted tours to visitors’ ages, interests, and group dynamics. I chose moments and places along the route to engage individual visitors while keeping the whole group involved.

Anticipation / Situational awareness / Adaptability

03 / My backgroundLearned by doing

From doing
the work.
To improving
the way.

At Mews, I progressed from office coordination to senior KYC analysis and operations support.

I created guidance, trained new colleagues, and became a trusted adviser across teams. That work taught me to examine complex processes, explain them clearly, and help people improve them together.

Technology. Banking. Hospitality. Visitor services.
Different settings. The same curiosity about how things work.

04 / What’s nextOpen to opportunities

Let’s move
things forward.

I’m looking to bring these strengths into process improvement, operations, or project coordination.

A process to improve? A project that needs thoughtful coordination? Let’s talk.
